How our SMS program works — and how to leave whenever you want.
Hauzzi Design uses SMS to follow up on inquiries, confirm appointments, and share updates about your project. This page explains exactly what we send, how often, how to stop receiving messages, and what we do with your phone number.
Opt-in is explicit. Opt-out is one keyword. Phone numbers are never shared.
By providing your phone number through any form on hauzzidesign.com, calling us, or replying to a message we send, you agree to receive SMS messages from Hauzzi Design under the terms below. Your consent is not required as a condition of any purchase.

How you opt in
You opt in to receive SMS messages from Hauzzi Design when you submit a form on hauzzidesign.com that includes your phone number, when you reply to a message we send, or when you give your phone number to a Hauzzi representative for the purpose of receiving updates. The opt-in disclosure appears next to the submit button on every form that captures a phone number.
Types of messages you may receive
Transactional and informational messages only: replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, order and project status updates, dealer onboarding messages, and occasional follow-ups from a Hauzzi team member. We do not send promotional or marketing SMS unless you separately and explicitly opt in.
Message frequency
Frequency varies based on your activity with us — typically two to ten messages per month while a project or inquiry is active, and rarely outside that window. We will not flood your inbox.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan. Hauzzi Design does not charge you for SMS, but standard carrier rates set by your wireless provider may apply to each message sent or received.
How to opt out — reply STOP
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message we send. We will send a final confirmation message and will not send further SMS to that number unless you opt in again.

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email [email protected]. You can also call us at +1 (407) 250-1406 during business hours (Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time).
Carriers and supported networks
Our SMS program is available across all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy — phone numbers stay with Hauzzi
Your phone number, SMS opt-in consent, and message content are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We use Twilio Inc. as our messaging service provider, and Twilio processes messages strictly on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy for full detail at /privacy-policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the wireless device receiving messages. By opting in, you confirm you meet these requirements.
Changes to the SMS program
We may update this SMS Consent page from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated terms here and, where appropriate, by SMS notification before the change takes effect.
