This policy applies to hauzzidesign.com and to any forms, calls, or messages exchanged with Hauzzi Design ("Hauzzi", "we", "us"). By using the site, submitting a form, or messaging us, you agree to the practices described below.

• Information we collect

  When you submit a form on hauzzidesign.com we collect your name, company, email, phone number, state, audience type, and any notes you choose to include. We also collect basic technical data — UTM parameters, referrer, landing URL, IP address, and a Cloudflare Turnstile token — to prevent spam and measure marketing performance. If you call us or text us, we collect the call or message content, the phone number used, and timestamps.

• How we use your information

  We use your information to respond to your inquiry, qualify you for our dealer program, schedule consultations, send transactional updates about your project or order, and improve our marketing and operations. We may contact you by phone, email, or SMS using the contact details you provided.

• SMS and phone numbers — no third-party sharing

  Phone numbers collected for SMS communication and the related opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. SMS data — including consent records, message content, and opt-out requests — is not sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for their own marketing.

• Service providers we use

  We share limited information with vendors who run the systems we use to operate: Twilio (SMS and voice), RetellAI (AI voice assistant), Cloudflare (security, Turnstile, CDN), Google Workspace (email), and our internal CRM. These providers are bound by their own privacy and security obligations and may only use the data to provide their service to us.

• Cookies and analytics

  We use first-party cookies and Google Tag Manager (container GTM-5F5DMMQH) to measure traffic, attribute conversions, and improve the site. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may not work as expected.

• Data retention and security

  We retain personal information for as long as we have an active relationship with you or as required by law. We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

• Your rights

• Children

  Hauzzi Design serves businesses and adult homeowners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
